The Role –
Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the residential aged care facility. This is a homely and community-feel residential aged care facility with a close-knit team. Some of your duties and responsibilities will be, but not limited to –

• Medium sized residential aged care facility
• Location – Toowoomba QLD
• Management of the aged care facility – operational
• Finances, budgets, HR and rosters
• Staff management – guide and mentor your staff to reach their full potential
• Ensure that the facility is align with the aged care standards
• Work alongside a Clinical Manager who will focus on the clinical care of the aged care facility.

Skills and qualifications –

• We are looking for a strong business acumen residential aged care manager looking to explore new opportunities in residential aged care
• 2+ years Facility Manager or Director of Nursing experience in a residential aged care facility.
• Strong understanding of accreditation, the aged care standards, legislation and ACFI
• Great interpersonal communication
• Permanent Australia citizen and resident.
