The team at Carey Bay Gardens are seeking Casual employees with:

• Demonstrated experience in aged care
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• A genuine passion for working with the elderly

Situated in a quiet bushland setting with beautiful tranquil garden areas, Carey Bay Gardens provides varying levels of care, including general and dementia secure areas.

Positioned close to the main business and retail centre of Toronto, residents enjoy views of Lake Macquarie and the mountains.

Essential:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Equivalent
• Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement)
• An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to accurately document residents care/progress
