NURSE UNIT MANAGER | CCU
The Role:
Due to the growth within the hospital there is a chance to lead from the beginning, motivating and developing your dream team. You will be an experienced Registered Nurse who can bring their clinical expertise and experience into this key leadership role. Moving into this new opportunity you'll being a joining a friendly team and positive culture within the unit.
Leading a professional and specialist Critical Care Nursing staff you will be responsible for the management of a ward and all the encompasses aligning with the hospitals values and communicating with the key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor degree in Nursing
- Current AHPRA registration
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Established capability to work independently and in collaboration with others
