We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Rehab Program Support Worker/Assistant to join our growing health services business. Arrow Health is an alcohol and other drugs [AOD] rehabilitation and recovery service providing quality treatment within a therapeutic community model. This role is located in country victoria.

We are looking for an experienced individual with a background in Alcohol and Drug rehabilitation to join our team in the role of assistant/ support worker within the Arrow Health's residential program/s and services. Within this role, you will be involved in providing:

• The structured delivery of Arrow Health program and recovery groups
• One on one informal support and client engagement
• Client reporting and review
• Demonstrating a positive culture within the service, which is reflected in the organisation's policies and procedures.
• Assistance to the Residential Rehab Manager and Clinical Services Manager in the delivery of the overall vision and quality of Arrow Health programs

To be successful you must be suitably qualified and/or demonstrate experience working within a similar business unit inside the AOD sector. An understanding and working knowledge of the recovery based community model is essential, and lived experience or experience living with an individual affected by addiction is preferable but not essential.

Please note that permanent part time and casual positions are available, however there may be the need to stay on site one or two nights a week. A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicants.
