We are seeking the services of an experienced Physiotherapist to work at the Cairns Private Hospital. The successful applicant will join a dynamic multidisciplinary team providing rehabilitation, acute and orthopaedic care in a hospital setting.
Qualifications/ Key Selection Criteria
Essential
- Qualification: Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Ability to effectively plan, implement and evaluate physiotherapy treatment programs
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage case load demands
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment & independently as required
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective customer focussed services
- Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence based practice
- Knowledge of quality/continuous improvement process
- Flexible positive approach to work
Desirable
- Membership of the relevant professional association
- Experience working in a private hospital setting
- Ability to work in a wide range of clinical areas
- Sound computer literacy
