North Coast Primary Health Network (NCPHN) has a vacancy for a Program Support Officer – Central Intake Healthy Minds who will be a central point of contact for consumers, carers and clinicians seeking treatment and support for people with mental health issues. Your role is to coordinate referrals to a range of services delivered within the Healthy Minds Program. Central Intake (Healthy Minds Program) is a central point of contact for consumers, referrers and practitioners. To all consumer enquiries, Central Intake adopts a person-centred, “no wrong door” approach to supporting people to access the mental health service they need. All referrals are managed in line with documented guidelines. Central Intake is responsible for administrative tasks related to client intake and referral management.

This non-clinical position is part time (14.5 hours per week) for a maximum term up to 28 June 2019.  Days of work are a fixed rotating roster, being Monday, Tuesday one week, and Thursday, Friday the next week. Base work location is Coffs Harbour.

This position is classified as Support Services Level 4 under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award with a salary range of $27.68 to $29.08 per hour (above Award rate) depending on skills and experience. 

As a non-profit organisation, NCPHN can offer generous salary packaging opportunities to eligible employees, who are entitled to salary package up to $611.50 per fortnight ($15,899 p.a.) before tax.  For more information please visit www.salary.com.au
