My client a well known and well respected provider of aged care services to NSW is seeking an experienced and Dynamic Care Coordinator.

This person can be an EEN / senior Cert IV or a new graduate RN.

The successful candidate will be required to:

- Work a variety of shifts across a 7 day roster
- Assist with day to day care of residents
- Supervise other care staff
- Be responsible for the running of their allocated wing
- Work as a team to provide person centered care

Essentials for the role include:

- 2 years minimum in aged care
- Passion for working with the elderly
- Friendly personality
