We now have an urgent requirement for an experienced Facility Manager to take control of this medium-sized facility in Sydney's Inner West.

With a long history in the local area this older building has enjoyed some impressive refurbishments. The company has also seen some positive changes to the staff structure and this will be a great time to come on board.

 - Monday to Friday / Full-time Management role overseeing this residential aged care facility

 - Very confident, ambitious and energetic Deputy in place who works hard to offer great assistant to the DON

 - Conveniently located in Sydney's Inner West. Close to public transport and anything else you could need

 - New key personnel are in place which has made a really positive impact

 - A salary package of $142,000 which is simply outstanding for a facility of this size!!


The Facility
This is an older facility but one that has enjoyed regular refurbishments and upgrades. Located in a leafy suburb it is surrounded by transport links, shops, cafes and more. It is a vibrant area that makes coming to work very enjoyable.
The facility has 70 beds which include a mixture of high care & low care residents. It has beautiful gardens, is a well-structured facility and has high staff numbers.
A very sought after facility which has high occupancy and is fully accredited.


As the Facility Manager, you will oversee the full management of this facility. This will include finances, budgets, staffing, accreditation, continuous improvement and all day to day management.
Overall you will ensure high care standards and will offer support & guidance to everyone associated with the facility.



Your Skills & Experience
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with the background & skills to manage a good sized Residential Aged Care facility.

• RN Qualifications (AHPRA Registration)
• Experience with Aged Care standards and ACFI
• Ability to build long & lasting relationships
• Experience with Quality and Accreditation
• Strong knowledge of ACFI and Aged Care Legislation
• Fantastic business acumen
• Good experience with finances and budgets
• A passion for managing a great aged care facility
