About the company
Our Client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Australia who supply pharmaceutical, consumer and nutritional products to countries worldwide. They boast a comprehensive product offering where they cover most disease states.
About the opportunity
The primary focus of Quality & Compliance Officer position will be to ensure quality compliance of all third party manufacturing sites in the South East Asia region. You will liaise with suppliers, distributors and manufacturers on all quality related matters. This role will work closely with the Quality Manager and report directly to the Head of Technical Affairs.
Duties
- Manage the compliant Vendor Assurance programme
- Conduct site and Vendor Assurance audits and present any quality concerns
- Write and review Technical agreements
- Liaise with third parties on any quality matters
- Coordinate the artwork process and manage any changes accordingly
- Write and review SOP’s
Skills and Experience
- A tertiary level Science qualification
- Minimum 4 years QA experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Strong knowledge of GMP guidelines
- Proven experience with vendor assurance programs and auditing
- Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Project management experience
- Experience liaising with overseas contractors
