Experienced Medical Receptionist
Are you a bright and friendly person that excels in medical customer service?
Come and join our friendly team!
This well established medical clinic is undergoing renovations and is currently in an exciting growth phase.
We require another experienced medical receptionist to offer first class front desk service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy medical practice, and be part of our friendly supportive team.
Advertised as a casual/ part time role but we have flexibility to offer full time for the right person if that's what you require. Get in touch to discuss your options.
The successful applicant must have previous medical reception experience
- be very well presented, well spoken, and a mature minded person
- be able to interact with patients easily and in a friendly and confident manner
- have a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- have a strong focus on attention to detail
- have excellent computer skills and used Medical Software (Best Practice and Pracsoft would be an advantage)
- be familiar with Medicare items and billing processes
- Ability to multi task and work calmly in a busy environment
