This stunning, modern facility is based in Western Sydney near Kingswood (2747). 
The facility has 100+ beds, consisting of high care level residents and has a Dementia ward. You will be supported by a highly experienced General Manager and 24 hour clinical staff. 

T H E   R O L E 

• Assisting the General Manager with the day to day running of this 100 bed facility 
• Supporting your team of carers and ensuring a holistic and life enhancing care is provided to residents
• Provide clinical support and guidance to your team
• Use your managerial skills towards developing and continuously improving the standards.

  Salary - $100,000 - 110,000 + superannuation

A B O U T   Y O U 

• Currently AHPRA registration
• Ideally have some management background
• Strong nursing and clinical background
• Knowledge of ACFI, Quality and Accreditation processeses
• A dedicated leader who will help empower the team to achieve new heights
• Effective communication skills and ability to create positive relationships with Care team, residents and families
