About the Role

This role will support Pharmacists in the provision of Pharmaceutical Services to internal and external clients of Queensland Health.

• Assist with PBS and non PBS prescription preparation and medication record production.
• Assist with liaison with GPs & Pharmacies concerning patient's discharge medication.
• Maintain ward stock of pharmaceuticals (Imprest) at required levels through order creation, picking, delivery and putting away. This includes repetitive lifting of weights up to 15kg.
• Demonstrate an ability to work effectively alone or as part of the team.
