An exciting oportunity exists for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated team member to join our vibrant and growing Project Management Office - HRO Transformation Unit at Northern Health.
In partnership with clinicians, support staff and leaders across the organisation, you will manage transformation, drive innovation and build improvement capability. You will work with teams to transform care, to improve staff and patient experience while supporting the achievement of organisational priorities.
Drawing on your extensive skill set, you will be able to use your process redesign, project management and change management skills to promote research-led innovation across a diverse and growing health service.
