About the role
The Registered Nurse role is responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.
What you bring
- Registered Nurse with current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) (mandatory)
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care
- Commitment to contemporary aged care practice
- Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in assessment and care planning of the older person
- Experience in a clinical leadership role with the ability to manage day to day clinical issues
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to plan, prioritise and manage day to day activities in an efficient manner
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- An ongoing commitment to work within the Mission, Vision and Values of Calvary Retirement Communities
