The Role
  
We currently have an opportunity for a Relief Health Insurance Consultant to join the friendly team in our Health Fund based in Townsville.
  
As the Health Insurance Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting Queensland Country products and services within the branch and externally.
  
Travel outside of Townsville is a requirement of this role, when relief is required to our other retail centres such as Mount Isa, Mackay, Ayr and Cairns.
  
This position is full time based on a 38 hour working week.

Selection Criteria
  
To be eligible to apply for this position you must demonstrate the following:

• Effective sales skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in a similar retail sales and customer service position
• Experience in a Private Health Insurance environment (desired)
