We are looking for a superstar Chiropractic Assistant. In your role as our Chiropractic Assistant ( Leader ) for our Bathurst clinic, you must be concierge in style, mega-organised and a talented communicator.

You will need to be a quick learner, have great computer skills and be able to truly multi-task.  Your personal presentation must be exceptional.  Lots of training will be provided, so be ready to learn and grow both professionally and personally.

Your role includes:

  • Phone and face to face client relations
  • Helping clients with payments and their appointment schedules
  • Assisting the chiropractor
  • Maintaining health education and marketing for the practice including newsletters, social media content and organising projects
  • Helping Chiropractors with exams and treatment
  • Training and developing other team members 
  • Coordinating and motivating our other Chiropractic Assistants within the central west 
  • Data entry and tracking 
  • Cleaning and house keeping duties   

What's On Offer

This is a permanent  part time position, approximately 30-38. The current shifts to be filled are listed below but please allow flexibility for for later finish for the following shifts:

  • Monday 8-6
  • Wednesday 8-6
  • Thursday 8-6
  • Friday 8-1

Plus admin hours and fortnightly meetings over lunch breaks.

This is a job share so there will be times when you will need to cover other shifts including some Saturdays.
