About the practice:
Bupa Dental, Camberwell (VIC) is located on Burke Road in the heart of Camberwell. As a rapidly expanding practice with growing and steady flow of patients, we provide restorative and preventative treatments, orthodontics, implant surgery, digital smiles. We are looking for an experienced and confident dental receptionist to be part of our practice and you will be able to see yourself as the face of the practice providing excellent customer service and patient care.
About you:
- Dental Industry experience 1-2 years’ experience is essential
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting is preferred but not essential
- Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work at a fast pace
- Has the ability to work under pressure in a calm manner
- Forward thinking and pro-active attitude
- Meticulous infection control and attention to detail
- A caring and friendly personality that will motivate those around you
