Our Designs For Vision brand is a well-established business within the Australian and New Zealand Ophthalmic / Optometry market and has been in operation for in excess of forty years. Our product portfolio is extensive and includes surgical equipment and consumables as well as diagnostic equipment.
The Position
Territory Manager – Optometry – Victoria – Full time
Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Designs For Vision, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining positive and successful client relationships
- Increasing and improving sales of our diagnostic equipment to Ophthalmologists and Optometrists
- Increasing and improving sales of our consumable product portfolio of products
- Effective and efficient territory management
- New product launches
Qualifications and Experience required for this role:
- Orthoptist or Optical specialist with clinical experience preferred
- Ability to develop strong client relationships, across our various client stakeholders
- Sales experience and demonstration of running a successful territory
- Fluent written and verbal English skills
- SAP experience preferable
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
Your Profile:
- Minimum two years’ experience in the Ophthalmic or Optometry field
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn, ensuring successful outcomes
- Face to face sales experience
- High attention to detail
- Able to demonstrate well developed planning and organisational skills
- Excellent time management
- A strong teamwork focus
- High standard of presentation
