About the role

Able Living are currently seeking a dynamic person to join our Customer Service Team on a full or part-time basis.  Our Customer Service Team performs a diverse range of activities, these can include:

  • Sales and the provisions of excellent customer service in the showroom, over the phone and via email;
  • Processing customer orders and follow-up;
  • Liaising with allied health professionals and funding bodies;
  • Participating in product demonstrations and in-services.

 

We are looking for the best person or people, so job sharing and staggered start/finish times are options.

 

About you

If you have the experience or attributes listed below – Please Apply

  • Experience in sales and/or customer service;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Good organisational and time management skills;
  • Aptitude for learning about the technical aspects of products;
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills;
  • Confidence using a Point of Sale system and other common software applications;
  • Efficient and accurate data entry skills;
  • Current driver's license.

 

Experience or a background in the Allied Health professions or sales experience with medical aids and mobility equipment is an advantage.  

 

Fluency in a language in addition to English is an asset.
