Orthodontics Sydney Wide is an established family orientated specialist orthodontic practice, and has been in operation for over 35 years.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and compassionate dental assistant/receptionist to work combined in both our Parramatta and Epping practices.
As a valued employee and all rounder you would be responsible for aiding in the daily running of the clinic and reception, working in close conjunction with our surgery co-ordinator and administration staff to deliver the best quality treatments and service to our patients.
The successful candidates will bring the following qualities to the practice;

Strong computer literacy
Ability to work autonomously in both the clinic and reception
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
A minimum of 2 years dental assistant experience
Daily duties include;
Chairside assisting
Sterilisation/infection control
Minor lab work
Preparation and production of study models-both plaster and digital
Stock control assistance
External lab co-ordination
Additional duties include;
Managing incoming calls effectively and efficiently
Managing appointment books
Dealing with patient's enquiries and accounts
Salary will be above award. Your rate of pay will be based on your skills, qualifications and experience.
