Our client runs a successful Medical Group. Customer care is at the forefront of what the do, always making sure that the customer has the best experience possible. Being open 7 days a week this is a busy practice with know 2 days the same.
We are looking for a receptionist who has a strong understanding of procedures and policys. You must poses a strong understanding of IT and be able to adapt to new programs.
Previous experience in the fast paced receptionist positions is highly essential. This is a role that will be different every day, you will have to be helping across all areas of the business.
What you will need to have:
- Strong IT skills
- Able to work a rotating roster including some weekends and nights
- Previous or current experience in medical reception
- A can do attitude able to over come obstacles
- Be able to have a genuine understanding and empathy towards customers
- Always have a positive and beaming personality
