Our client is a leading Workplace Rehabilitation Provider with an impeccable reputation for quality. Due to business growth & upcoming new contracts, this organisation is actively recruiting multiple roles for Occupational Therapists & Physiotherapists in Newcastle.

The Job:
You will work in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team environment & perform the following:
- Work with a wide range of clients - Workplace Rehab, CTP, DVA, Life Insurance & Corporate
- Engage injured workers in their return to employment
- Proactive case management
- Workplace, Functional Capacity & Ergonomic Assessments
- Attend Case Conferences, liaise with nominated treating health professionals to achieve RTW outcomes
- ADLs (for OTs)
- Onsite Physiotherapy (for Physios) with key customers - opportunity for hybrid role
- Provide training & coaching to junior team members, for experienced Consultants

The Ideal Candidate:
- AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist
- 1+ year's Workplace Rehabilitation &/or Clinical experience
- Excels in a results-driven environment & assisting clients achieve outcomes
- A positive & energetic approach
- Interest in joining a growing & evolving Allied Health services organisation
