Patient Accounts Clerk Position Summary Front Receptionist (Part-time, maternity leave replacement) - Maroondah Hospital, Eastern Health Eastern Health is one of Melbourne’s largest public health services. An opportunity exists at Maroondah Hospital for an efficient and vibrant Receptionist To be successful in this role you should possess: Recent experience in customer service is essential Available to work weekends and night shifts Well developed interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work as part of a diverse team Strong commitment to high standards of customer service Excellent communication and organisational skills The position requires a solid background in customer service, ability to build relationships and meet KPI’s. You must be a highly motivated individual experienced in dealing with patients and other health sector stakeholders in a hospital environment. The position is primarily based at Maroondah Hospital but the applicant will also be required to train and relieve at other sites within Eastern Health.
