We are looking for an individual to help achieve our vision to "Create workplaces free of chronic or lifestyle related diseases".
The Job
We are looking for an experienced leader with a background in the health industry, and a passion for workplace health. To be successful in this role you will be ambitious, self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges. You will be innovative, strategic and very comfortable with initiating and building long term, mutually beneficial relationships with business clients.
Your responsibilities will include leading a team of health professionals and support staff, delivering business financial goals, conducting client meetings, implementing the state team strategy, managing internal and external stake-holders.

Essential Criteria
- A natural aptitude and experience working as a team leader
- Proven experience in building and developing client relationships
- High level of personal organisation and time management skills
- A strong team player with a proven ability to also work autonomously
- Self-Motivated and driven individual with the ability to motivate others
- Sociable, energetic and personable
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in the corporate workplace health industry in a senior role
- Experience managing remote/interstate teams
- University degree in a health discipline e.g. Exercise Physiology or Dietetics
- Current First Aid Certificate / CPR accreditation
