Grand Pacific Health is a non-government organisation who provides a range of mental health programs and services across a broad geographic region stretching from Helensburgh in the north down to the Victorian border.
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced clinician to join our small Intake team to triage referrals; provide and/or facilitate assessments; and support client transition to appropriate treatment.
The successful applicant will have tertiary qualifications in a clinical health related field and be registered (or provisionally registered) with AHPRA or be a Mental Health Accredited Social Worker who’s eligible for registration with the AASW. You will ideally have previous experience working in a multidisciplinary team providing coordination of client needs. High level written & verbal communication skills and IT proficiency are required.
