We are one of the world’s leading research-focused healthcare groups with a global presence across 100 countries. We are currently looking for an experienced Field Application Specialist to join our team.
About the role
Provides post-sales technical expertise during the installation, implementation and maintenance of company products.
Implementing detailed customer installation requirements.
Establishing, engaging, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
Ensures that client’s needs have been met and that the product/solution is fully functioning according to specification.
Provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications.
Skills and Experience required
- Relevant degree / diploma in Science / Laboratory Science
- 3 years’ experience within a Pathology / Histopathology Laboratory
- Exhibited ability to diagnose applications and operational issues on analytical systems and to successfully resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Desire to drive sustainable sales and business
- Outstanding communication and ability to influence others
- High level organization and time management skills
- Full Australian Drivers License
