Paediatric Rehabilitation Case Manager

The New England Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service (NEBIRS) is seeking 2 experienced case managers (part-time) to join their team to work with children who have sustained a severe brain injury and their families. The successful applicants will join a professional and committed brain injury rehabilitation team who provide high quality care to people across the north west of NSW.
This position is classified as either an Allied Health Professional Level 4 or Psychologist.
There are 2 positions available:
1) Permanent part time 16 hours per week; and
2) Temporary part time 16 hours per week until 1st June 2020

Tamworth is the central hub of the New England North West with a population of just under 60,000 and is well known as the country music and equine capital of Australia. An agricultural area for lamb, wool, beef and various pastures, the temperate climate will allow you to experience all the seasons.
