Your new company
A growing not for profit community services organisation dedicated to providing social services and care for children and families across the disabilities and trauma sectors.
Your new role
Due to their increasing demands, experienced Support Workers are required to join their team on a contract basis.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have a:
- Certificate III in Community Services or Individual Support (or a recognised equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years experience
- Proven experience supporting people with trauma and challenging behaviours;
- Demonstrated experience in case planning and coordination of people with complex support needs
- Knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and requirements
- A current First Aid Certificate; NSW Driver's License and Working with Children Check
