About us
We are an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled primary health care service, operating in Hervey Bay and Maryborough and servicing the entire Fraser Coast.
We take a holistic approach to addressing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and social inequities, along with connecting clients with preventive strategies and ongoing programs.
About the opportunity
This is a full-time role based at our Urraween, Hervey Bay and Maryborough sites and reporting to the Health Services Manager.
Together with a inter-disciplinary team you will deliver antenatal, postnatal and early childhood services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families. You will focus on providing a holistic and preventive medical care and linking clients with ongoing support services.

Skills & Requirements
- AHPRA Registration
- Registered as a Nurse or Midwife with a Post Graduate Certificate in Maternal and Child Health
- CPR qualification, current drivers licence, blue card and evidence of full immunisation history
- Experience with Aboriginal and Torres Strait health or a clear willingness to learn about this segment
