The Role
We require an experience Nurse Manager for this After Hours position.  You will work after hours and weekend reporting back to the Operational Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing and Midwifery.  We are seeking a highly motivated and customer focused Manager, with a strong clinical focus. 
 
The Package

• Salary up to $ 115,336- based on experience
• 9.5% Super
• Free accommodation
• Travel $400 each way

The Location
You will be based in this quintessential outback Australian town with a population of circa 20,000 people.  The community is mainly mining and farming and has a high Indigenous population. There is a busy main street, with the town boasting a cinema, theatre and many restaurants, pubs and cafes. Hosting many calendar events such as race days, comedy shows, music performances, markets, it is a highly inclusive community.
 
The Criteria

• Bachelor of Nursing
• AHPRA Registration (Division 1)
• Appropriate management qualifications
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate
