Clinical Nurse - Aged Care RN - Gympie area 

This luxury aged care facility is needing an experienced Aged Care Clinical Nurse to oversee the running of this perfectly located home.

* The Role *

- Assisting with staff training and development
- Ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements
- Implementing policies and procedures
- Making sure performance standards are met and maintained
- Establish relationships with local networks
- Ensuring staffing levels are sufficient
- Leading the team of care staff

* The Requirements *

- Qualified Registered Nurse and Aged Care experience is a MUST
- Management experience in a similar role 
- Must have excellent Clinical knowledge
- Solid ACFI knowledge
- Understanding of quality and legislation 
- Cert in IV training - desirable
