About the role
Casual medical receptionist-Approximately 15-30 hours per week.
- High level of reception and administration duties
- Professional, caring and friendly attitude to patients and referrers at all times
- Perform medical reception and administration duties professionally
- Excellent customer service and patient care
- Maintaining strong relationships with patients and referrers
- Manage the day to day workflow of the practice
- Provide management and clinical staff with regular administration support
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
Selection criteria
- Experience in a reception role. Medical reception experience an advantage
- Willingness to learn and show initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Professional attitude at all times
- Ability to multi-task
