The Opportunity:
  
We are looking for an experienced and commercial minded Lead Dietitian to join our Nutrition and Product Development team and oversee the development and implementation of our comprehensive weight management program. Additionally, the role is charged with coordinating an efficient and effective nutritional support service for our Centres and Clients.
  
Among the key responsibilities of the role are:

• Manage our team of qualified Dietitians
• Assess and advise on all aspects of program development. To develop initiatives and strategies that supports the Jenny Craig program philosophy  in line with sound scientific principles.  
• Continually innovate and review the Jenny Craig Program to enhance client success.
• Liaise with Operations, Training and Marketing, Global Nutrition and Program Development as required.
• To be familiar with and coordinate all aspects of menu development.
• Be actively involved in the selection of new foods, developing menus, design and proofing of menu artwork and to coordinating menu trials and launch activities as required.
• Revise and update written materials used by staff for client consultations as required.
• Maintain and update nutrition and physical activity knowledge and behavioural issues re: weight management and associated medical issues through self-education, scientific journals, other relevant articles, web searches and attendance at relevant seminars and conferences.

About you:
  
Highly motivated, results oriented and experienced, you will bring the following qualities and background to the role: 

• An Accredited Practicing Dietitian in ANZ
• Extremely passionate and intent on making an impact
• Collaborative with an emphasis on drawing all relevant stakeholders into a process 
• 3 + years experience in a similar role preferably within our industry
• Experience leading a team to achieve individual and company KPIs with a focus on developing and nurturing talent
• Ability to establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders
• A seriously good communicator both written and verbal with a knack for persuasion and bringing people along on the journey 
• Strong business acumen
• Resilient with a proven ability to adapt to change
• An easy going, good humoured and caring nature
