Programmed Health Professionals is a leading supplier of staffing solutions to healthcare facilities across Australia and we have recently partnered with one of Melbourne’s leading private hospitals to fulfil demand across their cardiac care functions.
We are currently seeking a Practice Nurse Div 1 for a Medical Practice in Sydeny’s south. The working hours required for this part time position are Thursday and Friday 9am - 5pm.
Located 9km east of the Sydney CBD, this facility offers a friendly and supportive staff environment, with a strong commitment to the provision of excellent care.
You will be required to use a holistic approach when treating patients, and promote a customer focused quality service. In return for your skills and experience, our client will provide you with a supportive environment, in which you will thrive in.
The Role
You will be reporting to the Practice Manager, and working closely with a team of highly qualified General Practitioners. The key responsibilities include:
- Childhood/Adult immunisation
- ECG
- Assisting GP’s with minor procedures
- Wound care
- Ear syringing
To be successful you will have:
- Registered Nurse DIV 1 AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Hospital/ Medical Practice setting
- Exceptional time management skills
- The ability to work autonomously
