Programmed Health Professionals is a leading supplier of staffing solutions to healthcare facilities across Australia. We have recently partnered with an aged care facility to fulfil demand within their compliance division. We are currently seeking an experienced Service Improvement Manager (Home and Disability Business) to work in our client’s head office in South Melbourne.
This individual will be responsible for the management and growth of the Home and Disability Services sector of the business. You will be experienced in creating strategies to maximise funding and achieve the ambitious growth targets. This is an autonomous role which requires you to use your initiative and ensure KPI’s are met whilst still maintaining the best practice standards.
You will directly manager and improve core functional areas of the business such as, employee/client handbooks, contract and T&C templates and PP&E documentation. You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the Home and Disability Services policies and procedures.
To be successful you will have:
- Extensive experience in the Aged Care and Disability Sectors
- Experience in the Private Sector
- Knowledge of government funding schemes within the Aged Care and Disability Sector
- Ability to interpret standards and quality improvement
- Exceptional ability to exhibit strategical thinking
