Wizard Pharmacy have entered into a new era in Retail Pharmacy, delivering Patient Centric Care to enhance the wellbeing of all our consumers.

Our Pharmacy Assistants are responsible delivering patient centric care along with excellent customer service and expert advice.

Pharmacy Assistants support both the Pharmacy Manager and Retail Manager to deliver store operational excellence.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Greeting and acknowledging customers
• Assisting customers with general queries
• Establishing customer loyalty and relationships by ensuring all customers receive patient centric care.
• Linking sales with a total solution focus along with store activities such as promotions, loyalty clubs, new products etc.
• Support the broad range of departments – including nutrition, cosmetics, foot care and registers.
• Refer onto to experts such as the Pharmacist, Naturopath, Customer Service Coordinator, Cosmetician, Child Care Nurse etc.
• Visual merchandising of all departments, ensuring that displays and shelves are clean and tidy.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and professional appearance throughout the store.

Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours

• Previous Pharmacy experience is preferred but not essential
• Sales experience will be looked upon favourably.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service skills
• Dedicated work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business
