About the Role
The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager – Home Care is to promote the Arcare Home Care division and strengthen relationships with key referral networks. The Business Development Manager – Home Care will report directly to the National Home Care Manager as well as working alongside the Sales & Marketing team to ensure that business development opportunities align with current marketing campaigns.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in Business Development Manager role.
- Advanced Customer skills
- Aged Care Industry knowledge
- Good time Management
- Able to work independently
- Previous experience working with sale management systems
- Ability to identify new business opportunities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Valid Victorian drivers Licence
