The Role:

• 14hrs per week, split over two, three or four days. 
• Comprehensive induction and training, providing all the support needed.
• No weekends. Hours somewhat flexible.
• You will essentially hold an autonomous role, but will be guided by some preferred protocols.
• Employed as an employee (or sub-contractor if you have a Company set-up), but hours are permanent.
• Location is Terrey Hills.

Duties:

• Mobility/transfer assessments; taking Falls Prevention classes; individual exercise prescription; documentation on computer (Lee Care); prescription of equipment/aides.
• No Pain Management.

Skills and Experiences:

• Experience in aged care and ACFI is desired, but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, and positive personality.
• A passion to make a difference to the lives of others.
• Ability to work autonomously, to be proactive, and demonstrate initiative.

Requirements:

• Full AHPRA registration, and professional indemnity insurance.
• Current police check (easily organised).

About Me:

• I am a solo practitioner with my own Private Practice, in addition to holding the contract for the provision of Physiotherapy services to seven Facilities, that are part of a rapidly expanding group of Aged Care Facilities.

Commencement date:

• Mid-late August 2018.
