Facility Manager Huon Regional Care Facility Manager Huon Regional Care is a leading organisation in the provision of health and aged care services in Southern Tasmania. We are looking for a care-focused, clinical leader to join an expanding health care organisation as Facility Manager of our multi-purpose service located on the Tasman Peninsula. Working as part of our leadership team, the Facility Manager will be responsible for and provide effective leadership to approximately sixty staff across all services. These services include residential aged care, community care, rural health, medical practice, interim care, and respite care. Key responsibilities will be managing all resources to ensure care standards and service delivery outcomes are achieved. Representing our organisation, the Facility Manager will develop collaborative relationships with the community and other stakeholders. Essential: Current nursing registration Proven post-graduate nursing experience Proven clinical management and leadership experience Proven people and performance management The role would suit a nursing professional capable of managing multipurpose health services at a business level, and post-graduate qualification in management would be considered favourably.
