About the practice:

Our practice is currently seeking a highly motivated Dental Assistant to join our team
This position is suited to those wanting part-time work 3 days a week (Tuesday , Thursdays 8.50-6 & Fridays 8.50-5 ) and to be flexible to cover holidays and sick leave.
About the role:
Work closely with the clinical team; chair side assist our dentists across various dental procedures, 4-hand dental assisting preferred
Assisting with instrument sterilization and infection control procedures.
Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
Greeting and welcoming patients, answering phone inquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, taking payments using
EFTPOS & HiCaps, start of day end of day procedures,
infection control and cleaning protocols
About you:
Experience as a Dental Assistant required
Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent is preferred but not necessary
Exceptional customer service skills and a highly professional demeanor.
Ability to cope with high pressure situations, in a fast-paced environment
A desire to learn and excel
An ability to multi-task and work well within a team
A caring and friendly personality that will motivate those around you
Excellent communication skills and patient care
Must be reliable and punctual
Must be confident in all areas of Assisting and previous Reception experience would be an advantage
