Transformational Medicine Australia is a pioneering holistic practice combining the very best of conventional and complementary medicine to facilitate true physical, emotional and spiritual healing.
We are looking for 2 experienced nurses to share the nursing, administration, reception and billing tasks of our small practice. Our ideal person is:

The following abilities would be highly regarded:
• Aligned with complementary medicine.
• Computer software experience
• Billing skills and a knowledge of Medicare claims and processing (training provided)
Your principal shared responsibilities will include:
Administration:
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Preparing patient accounts
- Billing, receipting and processing EFTPOS payments
- General office duties including typing, filing/scanning,
- Tidying, cleaning
- Ordering, paying, stocking of supplies, shopping
Nursing
- Preparations for intramuscular injections and intravenous treatments
- Intravenous cannulation, draw blood, IV or IM administration of treatments.
- Assisting with medical procedures, outcome studies
Part time or casual 2 days per week usually Tuesdays and Thursdays. Clinic may be closed for up to 7-8 weeks a year for Retreats. Hours are flexible to clinic's busyness usually 9am - 6pm. Some shared overtime. Training provided.
