Ambulatory Aged Care Program (AACP)
Permanent position (Grade 2)
Full time - 80hrs/fortnight available

Supported by an experienced team an exciting new opportunity is available for a Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join the GV Health AACP team. The team is an established and progressive multi-disciplinary team which includes: Clinical team Leaders (nurses) Clinical Care Coordinators, Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Team Assistants and Speech Pathology services.
A comprehensive orientation program is provided. The role is also supported by, the AACP Grade 3 physiotherapist and GV Health Physiotherapy Department with access to continuing professional development activities.
Successful applicants will be required to undergo a police record check. Applications that do not address the key selection criteria will not be considered. Before selection to any position with GV Health, competitive applicants need to undergo a criminal history check and aged care statutory declaration. Some positions will also require a working with children check. GV Health is a smoke free environment.
