If you have management experience in the Aged Care or related sectors an exceptional senior management career opportunity has become available on the beautiful location of Sydney Northern Beaches.

We are seeking an experienced Manager for one of the companies flagship Villages.  

To be successful in this position you need to be an experienced manager with strong leadership and communications skills to chaperon a dedicated and competent team. You will share the companies mission statement and goals to establish and deliver high quality service and care for the senior residents.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous Management experience as a Residential Aged Care Manager would be an advantage or a similar related sector in Aged Care
• Experience in HR 
• Strong Financial and Operational Management
• Create succession plans for staff and foster high levels of team work
• Provide leadership, mentor ship and inspiration to the staff.

Qualifications:

• Business Degree and/or Registered Nurse Certificate would be desirable.
