We are a small, busy and modern orthodontic practice. We are seeking to employ an office manager to join our team. The successful applicant will have to demonstrate excellent phone manners, attention to detail and overall clerical skills. In addition the successful applicant will need to demonstrate a proven ability in marketing and sales. Experience in orthodontics and Orthotrak an advantage. This is a part time position initially for 2 days a week and there is the scope to expand it further. Experience in orthodontics is preferred but not essential. Essential is that the candidate show customer service experience, ability to work independently and management experience. The environment is dynamic and friendly and there is potential for further growth and expansion of the role in the practice.
