• Unique rural NSW location, 2 hours from Canberra
• Permanent, full time position (76 hours per fortnight)
• 65 bed facility
• Relocation assistance and subsidised accommodation provided
• Work collaboratively with management, clinicians, carers, residents and families to ensure person centred care is provided to all residents and they have the best day possible each and every day.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:
• Current registration with APHRA as a Registered Nurse.
• A passion for clinical care and enjoy leading a dynamic team.
• Significant experience in provision of quality aged care in a senior clinical role.
• Demonstrated understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and how this relates in the workplace.
• Proven all round management experience with strong team leadership skills.
• Ability to relocate to Young, NSW.
