What you'll be doing

The Preschool Screening Administration Officer provides a comprehensive range of administration support and customer service to the staff and customers of the Preschool Screening program.

 

Employees must abide by the NSW Health Code of Conduct. Criminal record checks will be undertaken on successful applicants and applicants for positions designated as Category A will be required to obtain required vaccinations prior to commencing employment. 

 

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy skills, including accurate data entry skills, word processing, excel data base and email application.
  • Highly professional phone manner and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility with work duties
  • Unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to drive
