Working across the CareComplete programs, you will be responsible for building productive and effective working relationships with all key markets, inclusive of primary care, acute care and community markets, aligned with the delivery of CareComplete programs. We are looking for an innovative Engagement Partner to be accountable for the promotion of the CareComplete programs in NSW/ACT.

As an Engagement Partner you are accountable for the relationship and account management of key clients (funder groups), both private and public. You create connections and networks across all relevant health domains and other relevant sectors.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering a sales vertical approach to assist securing and delivering upon current and future contracts within General Practice clinics, PHN’s, Hospitals and other external funders;
  • Engaging with stakeholders with a high number of participants with chronic disease and being a primary point of contact for stakeholders to answer any queries in relation to the programs;
  • Working closely with stakeholders to provide the training and ongoing coaching needed to ensure the ongoing implementation is a success;
  • Working in a diverse, challenging and fast paced environment, effectively prioritising competing priorities and ensuring the right things get done; and
  • Monitoring and reporting on program uptake and drop-out/participation rates, including trends over time to inform enrolment/engagement strategies.


About You
This role is perfect for you if you have a demonstrated passion for health promotion and strive to have a real impact at a population health level. You present as a self-motivated, results driven and highly independent sales professional, who thrives on establishing strong relationships and bringing new business on board. You understand the nature of interacting with different health care professionals and adapt your communication style effectively.

You will ideally have previous experience working across mental health programs across the primary healthcare setting or community setting or in the Not-for Profit/ Charity sector and an understanding of the primary healthcare network (PHN) environment.

Your experience in program development and implementation as well as educating the community around programs will be key drivers for your success in this role. As will your ability to work autonomously, resourcefulness and problem solving skills, ability to look at the big picture through a broader health lens and deep understanding of the trends across the healthcare system.

Prior exposure to mental health programs/ chronic disease/ health promotion whilst not mandatory will be highly regarded. As is a tertiary qualification in Nursing, Allied Health, Rehabilitation, Health Education / Health Promotion or Business.
