The Support Specialist is s an exciting customer focused role that manages technical support of basic and self-serve customers as well as distribution partners who purchase Automated External Defibrillator Products. This is both inbound and outbound, customer facing role – experience dealing directly with customers at account and technical level.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer account set up in the LIFELINK Central system for Physio-Control distributors and customers with basic, self-service and PAD accounts.
  • Train the customer on the use of the product and complete all associated documentation to ensure device readiness.
  • Become Subject Matter Expert regarding all aspects of Physio-Control devices and services.
  • Coordinate with other Physio-Control team members (sales and service) and other business partners to ensure customers and distributors expectations are met.
  • Analyze, isolate and troubleshoot root causes of technical problems based on customer input
  • Provide all basic and self-service customers technical support (includes troubleshooting potential issues, updating portal information.) 

Skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and highly relevant experience.
  • 3 years of experience, with a minimum of 1 year in account management, sales support, customer service or project management.
  • At least 1 year experience in providing remote technical or IT support
  • Fluent in English and Asian language skills a plus
