About the business and the role
Alma Village Medical Centre is a family medical practice located in the heart of North Caulfield, co-located with Dorevitch Pathology and YourPharmacy.
We are looking for an experienced nurse to join our team of general practitioners and allied health staff (including a visiting dietician, physiotherapist and counsellor). The clinic is a purpose built, modern clinic, with a dedicated nurse's room and adjacent treatment room.
The clinic is centrally located, close to major tram and bus routes, amenities including Woolwoorths supermarket and Australia Post.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The practice nurse is an integral member of the team, and responsible for:
- GP Management Plans
- Team Care Arrangements
- Wound Management
- Child + Adult immunisations
- Maintaining practice accreditation
Skills and qualifications
- AHPRA nursing registration
- Qualification as a registered nurse (Division 1)
- Previous experience working in a General Practice setting desired
