We provide a range of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), counselling, crisis response, training, conflict resolution and consulting services. We are a wholly Australian owned organisation with the wellbeing of people and their workplaces at the heart of all we do. 

We are seeking motivated and experienced Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors with proven experience in short term, solutions-orientated interventions with the ability to provide debriefing services.

We are looking for team members who:

• Are self-motivated and have the ability to respond quickly to situations
• Have excellent time management skills
• Are knowledgeable, proactive, quick thinking

You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in workplace counselling. A tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body is required.  A current driver's licence and having your own vehicle is a must.
